I've always heard the term chronic fatigue syndrome, but aside from the fact that it seems pretty self explanitory, I never understood what it was. The reason I ask is because I myself am ALWAYS tired and exhausted no matter how much I sleep I can always just drop into bed and be asleep within a minute and sleep for hourrrrs. I never feel like I have any energy. I am a person who suffers from severe panic attacks, agoraphobia, and depression. How do I differenciate between depression and CFS which both cause the same type of symptoms I believe?
