In the meantime find a level that you can live with and list all the things you can do within that level.
Sometimes all you can do is stay in bed and read, between naps. Sometimes you can sit up and pay some bills or balance your checkbook, sort papers, clip coupons, or make that phone call to a business or a friend.
Other times there's a little more energy to shower, prepare a meal, wash dishes, vacuum the rug, or other things within that level.
Then there's that BIG push to wash the dog, clean out the fridge or maybe even go out somewhere.
Each day or each hour evaluate what your level is and then use it to the best of your ability.
Just don't push yourself as though you have resources that you don't have. The crash is too big.
There is a way to live within our limitations and make a life for ourselves.
We'll never fly - but neither will anybody else. :)
Take care ~
Absolotely indicative of hypothyroid. Most with hypothyroid don't even show a high TSH. Since yours is high, your pituitary gland is struggling to get more thyroid hormone produced. Ask doc about Armour thyroid (contains both T3 and T4) If can only help... notably with fatigue. Good luck.
