My personal opinion is the same now as it was then. It isn't for me.
It has helped me a lot, I don't get as tired as I did. I do more, I go out more. As I have had me/cfs for more than 30 years I suspect I am taking more time to turn this around, but am definitely improving. It is something you have to work on every day, but it gets easier.
My therapist has had good results with other people too.
If you read all there is to read about it and think it makes sense to you, do it. It made sense to me.
