I'm an insomniac which doesn't help. I've tried practically everything. Even when I do sleep I'm still always tired. I constantly feel like I'm either getting the flu or something or trying to get over something. I just plain feel like crap all the time. How do I know if it's CFS or just me? I'm so frustrated. My doctor doesn't seem to know much about CFS and doesn't think much about it. She's says you don't have it and it's not that common. You're too young....etc. She's sent me for every blood test under the sun and nothing. I've even taking an occimeter* test to see if I have sleep apnea and nope! I feel like a guinea pig and I'm sick of it. What is wrong that I'm only 34 and feel like shit all the time??? Anyone? I'm open to any suggestions!

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
