Do any of you fellow CFS sufferers have sensitivities to fragrances,such as colognes, air fresheners, etc? I have had CFS for twenty one years, and chemical sensitivities for five. I find the two syndromes so similar, that I am convinced CFS is the beginning of Multiple Chemical Sensitivities Syndrome. With that in mind, I urge all of you to reduce and even eliminate fragranced products in your daily lives. If you are sleeping every night in heavily fragranced bed linens, your central nervous system is constantly bombarded with neuro-excitents and you are breathing toxic chemicals.
