hi,sadly last week i cudnt see my own doctor who is away for jan,i got one of the non m.e believer,whos best suggestion was structured exercise ,now when i was in recovery 3 years ago,i did 1 hours cardio,and hammer weights,4 times a week,and felt great,iuntil a virus set me back to square one,i dont feel exercise in my current state will help,as im tired going upstairs,but he knows best so im told,anybody have any suggestions,just seems to me the exercise treatment is out of date as a treatment today.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
