Hi i just wondered if you guys have had this done,or been offered it or know of someone whose had it. When i went to the pain clinic 31/12/08 i was offered an epidural for pain relief.I did look it up on the computer and it said it's like a cortisone injection that will last 3-6mnths. I spoke to my gp about it and he said he's never known it to been offered to patients with ME/CFS. I've just had a phone call to offer me the injection as there has been a cancellation,i'm not even sure i want it done. I phoned my gp and they haven't even had a letter to say why it has been offered to me,so at this point i think i'm going to put it on hold until i've found out some more information. Some advice or information would be appreciated.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
