I have just joined this community. I noticed people said they feel better if they don't eat. I notice I want to sleep when I have eaten. I have just had some bread and have a headache so may be theres something in the fact is bad. I also noticed that when I followed a vegan diet I felt better but didn't stick with it. Any advice on whats worked for people would be really appreciated. I am so fed up of feeling this exhausted,

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
