I developed severe fatigue 3 weeks ago for no apparrent reason. My pdoc said it is from dopamine depletion and that my brain would replace it itself and then I would feel better. He said it could take years but there was nothing he could do to help. I did ask for provigil and he gave me some samples. I'm hoping they help. Has anyone ever heard of dopamine depletion causing chronic fatigue? I'm going to get a second opinion.
