Just want to pass this on for those whom it might help. My doctor said that her patients who have done coffee enemas have found an improvement in being able to detoxify (this means more energy). She sent me a kit and I did one this past weekend and went from feeling quite low in energy to immediately feeling an amazing amount of energy to be able to exercise and clean. (Disclaimer: I didn't feel this way the next day after I did the second one, but I may have done too much the day before. I actually went to a fitness center, lifted some light weights and rode an exercise bike just briefly. I could barely stop moving. I hadn't felt that good in years!). Maybe it was the caffeine that played a part, but I think helping the body to detox was also in play. I was curious about the difference between a coffee enema and drinking coffee, so I googled "coffee enema vs drinking coffee". After reading this article, I thought I would pass it on:

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
