I really dont know where i stand on claiming any benifits,i have gone part time at work and seem to be coping,but is there any befefits i can claim to help me out?

Hi, Jen has given some good advice there. Another route you could try is to contact DIAL. (Just tried to connect to google to find the web site but can't for some reason, sorry) They are an organisation that advise and support people with disabilities. They were very helpful in helping my son, who also has ME, claim benefits and even filled out the forms for him. Wherever you find the information you need, I'd advise seeking help to complete benefit applications from somewhere like DIAL as how you answer the questions makes a hugs difference to whether your claim will be successful or not. Am about to go down the same route myself! Good luck.
