I recently completed two on-line questionnaires regarding CFS; one was through a metal toxins lab and the other an endocrinologist's site. Both asked series of questions regarding exposure to possible toxins. Get this -- both asked the question "Do you have pets?" I first thought, "What's up with that? Isn't having a furry creature a beneficial way to aleviate stress?" Then it occurred to me that most of us on this site do in fact have pets, mostly cats. What do you think? Is it the possibility they might carry parasites or diseases not prevented by vaccines? Regardless of the connection, I could never part with my kitties!! Your informative feedback is still appreciated.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
