Anyone have any Good Easy Recipes?

Lets do a recipe exchange if you like.
Nothing extravagant, just something simple and good.

I`ll start if you like..


Shortbread Cookies:

2cps flour
1cp butter
1/2cp confectionary sugar
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
2tblsp vanilla on top

Lg Bowl mix w/ beater. Pack into 9" pie or cake
Poke holes through the top.
Sprinkle sugar everywhere on dough
Bake 350 degress 30-35 mins. cut into wedges while warm

Ooop`s I noticed an error.
On the last ingredient where it says 2 tblsp. of vanilla on the top, it should be 2tblsp of sugar on the top. Sorry!

Asian Salad

Spaghetti 1-2 cups
Cabbage 1-2 cups
Carrots
Broccoli
Pea Pods
Peppers
Cashews (last)
Scallions (last)

Dressing

1 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Sesame seeds
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Minced ginger
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 Garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp sugar

You can season salad with dressing to taste. You will probably only need a portion of the dressing. Serves about ten.

I don't have a recipe at the moment, but I would like to know if someone has a good one for the icing to decorate cookies??

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
