Google "Good doctor" list and see who's out there in Central NY! I KNOW there are some in NYC and I'd bet Rochester/Syracuse/Buffalo has to have their fair share as well.

Possibly Dr. Patricia De La Mora at New York Presbyterian
This last one may be your best bet at least to start- their infectious disease department is supposed to be top notch. They would probabaly be able to give you the best care.
The first two, while considered to be top experts in CFS may be hard to get in with due to spending a great deal of time researching and writing books.
