This was an exhausting day. I got up at 8:30 and stayed up until 12:00. Slept all afternoon. Ate a little dinner. Laughed with my youngest two for a couple of hours. Slept on the couch until just now. Am hoping to sleep more tonight.
Tomorrow I have my kids for our pot roast thanksgiving. THIS is the highlight of Thanksgiving for me (which they spend with their dad's family most of the day.) I'm putting things in the crock pot and hope I'll be able to get that far. I can sleep until dinner (2:00 PM), eat, clean up, and sleep some more.
Oy.
Sunday I meet my son's almost financee's parents for brunch.
Uh ... yeah.

All this buzz on here lately. Wow. Cool. Also, makes me a little batty just being on the other end of the computer. So I try balance all of it. Helps that I'm spending these days w/ Sammy, walking in the woods, by the creek, alone, just the two of us, no company, no guests. Peace. And quiet. I couldn't do more. So, awake at 1:30AM? I'm asleep by 5:30-6PM. I can get up early. But that's b/c I go to sleep at dusk. I guess that's how some of you are up at 1:30AM -- you're napping at 1:30 PM. do that too! As for those who don't do sleep. Big oy. I've had those stints. For seasons at a time. And they return. Makes life impossible. Especially when the pain is dropping in huge time. I wish for you guys ... little pain and lots o' sleep.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
