things to think about for thursday appointment

i need advice on all the things i was asked to think about for thursday, the 8th with the attorney. for instance, what to do with our house.do we sell it? do i stay there and make hime pay til the boys are 18 so they wont have to move schools. do i move with my mom and the boys 20 minutes away from where i am now. i dont know what i want. thats the problem. not right now anyway. i know i would like to be near more people who love myself and my boys. i have noone out here whare i am. would moving 20-30 minutes away be cons. a hardship to the boys? Stbx doesnt want them to have to move to didff. school (town). he wants me to stay here in haddam for at least 2 years in an apartment (seel the hourse) and he'll says he'll "give " me custody. bs! it s not his to give. He also says that the court wont go for me living with my mom cause she only has a 2 br house. one of the rooms is pretty big though. i dont see that'll be a probelem. ADVVICE PLEASE

I suggest that you make a list of all the pros and cons of staying where you are at and moving. somewhere in there, you will find your answers. just a note, kids do adjust. follow your heart and pray to make the right decision for you and your boys. good luck and keep in touch. good luck in court.

I'm pretty sure he has to pay until they are 18 anyway, regardless of where they are living.

Kids move all the time.
Living with Mom will save money.
Dad has to pay support anywhere in the country you live.

moving the kids wouldn't constitute a hardship but the judge might consider a 2br house doing so...here there has to be a BR for each adult and 1 for the boys - if it were a boy and girl there would have to be a BR for each... if the situation is temp judge might take that into consideration. GL

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
