i'm allowed 2 hrs supervised the first sat of the month.it cost me 250-300$ to pay for the 1100mile road trip.visitation is always refused. should i just keep trying? i'll never have the $ to save for a lawyer at this rate. he only won the case by playing dirty and not notifying me until about 2 days after court date. and by winning by default he got everything he asked for. he even refuses visitation for just my boys siblings. Does visitation refusals prior to final court day count against him too.
