My husband cuts himself when he is mad or sad or anything and he has try to kill himself in the pass and make numbers of threats to me and now we are going thru the divorced and i want to ask court to give him a supervised visitation but he has never go to the hospital for that so i really don't have the proof to show the court but we have go to a therapist and i did confronting him in front for the therapist and he did adim it to all that but my question is can the counseling will impact the court ? and if the therapist make a recommendations can i use that at the court? or what should i do?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
