I'm in such a mess, I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my ex said today if I do my nursing course next year, he wants the baby. He says if I'm studying 37 hours a week the baby should be with him, not my mum or a babysitter. I wouldn't have a problem with this- if he didn't live 3 hours away! He wants my son o stay with him in the week. He's saying he'd 'let me see him whenever I want', I said no way but he said he's not having our son be 'fobbed off' onto my mother (who is more than happy to take care of him). He says the baby should be with a parent. I've had 2 panick attacks since this 'talk'! We'd agreed in the beggining we didn't want to tak it to court. I really think I#'m going to have to re-consider my degree. I'm so scared he'll take my baby, my family home is un-stable but I have nowhere else to go. He will use this against me. What am I going to do?! I don't want to be apart from my little boy!

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Can you study part-time?
Get a lawyer. It does not sound like the collaborative approach is working.
