I am just feeling crappy. After waiting a year, I got overnight visitation with my son. I am living with someone right now and he was always supportive when I was down because of losing custody of my son (before I met him). Since having my son, my boyfriend (BF) was very excited to get to know him and also my other kids, etc. Lately though I notice that he has been distancing himself from us. I feel that whenever I have a night with my son, he is taking off to a family member's house, friend's house to have a few beers. Last night, we had made plans to go to the river. I picked my son up and was heading home when I saw BF walking down the street to his co-worker's house. I stopped (baffled because he was supposed to be waiting at home for me). He said he left me a note and then he was going to get in the car. My son was hungry so I told him that I was going to go in the house and feed him first, then go to the river. He told me that he would go to his friends and I could pick him up after my son ate. I only have my son for 2 hours so I got pretty pissed off. I asked him to come up and just hang with us until Zack ate. He found it more important to go have a couple. I ended getting take out for my son (that's what he wanted) and stopped over the friend's to pick my BF up. He looked at me when I pulled up and asked him if he was coming and said well, not if you're going to be a bitch. That just pissed me off more and I drove away without him. This is not normal behavior for my BF and it really hurt me and my son. We are going away this weekend and I think I need to have a heart to heart because I cannot allow him to cause this stress in my life. He says it has nothing to do with him not wanting to spend time with us (??) but I feel it definitely does mean that. He is putting his alcohol ahead of us. Not sure what to do.... Feeling very sad and hurt.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
