I was previously scheduling all of my daughter's doctor's appointments. She is covered under my insurance and her father has joint custody, but does not work. I need the appointments to be around a certain time to avoid missing a lot of work. My daughter's father recently decided he wants to schedule the appointments. I had one scheduled for her one year appointment and he canceled and rescheduled...and then he rescheduled again. The office manager said I need legal documents to prevent him from having the right to change appointments. Are all offices like this? Should I just suck it up and let him take our daughter by himself?
