My daughter is 4 years old it is constantly a battle to get her to go with her father. She doesn't like him. She tells me when she is with him he does nothing with her and she has already told me that he has told her I steal his money (I recieve child support from him) he has yelled and swore at me in front of her she was scared to death to she thought he was mad at her. and after that she started wetting the bed again for about a month or two. Now she's just on monsters in her room and she's to scared to be in there. I also know he has a locked gun cabinet in her bedroom at his house. And he just barely ever shows up for his visits. He showed up for one visit out of 3 in January. So my question is do you think I could get our custody modified or do you think I wouldn't have a strong enough case?
