Well, I met with a woman from Child Support Enforcement Agency here in NC. She filled me in on how it will work with their assistance. I got a letter today from them. It appears that since my son is now 17 they won't be able to assist me cause they only assist where there are children under 17 in the home. My ex hasn't paid support in nearly 3 years. What gives with this? I never heard of such a thing. Anyone else experience anything like this?
