Me & my husband got married 3 weeks ago & the open enrollment topic was brought up at work. My step daughter does not have insurance & my husband does not either. The mother has her full time & says that he cannot see her until he gets a paternity test. So while we are saving up the $316 to file I was wondering if I can add her. Mind you NOTHING has been done through the court, but that will soon change & we are going to petition for him to pay child support & get partenting time. Oh and this is based on AZ law
