My daughters father has been paying child support now since January 07. My daughter is five years old and hasnt seen him in about three or more years. He hasn't made any attempt to see her since he has been paying and he has visitation rights through the courts. I'm not sure how to proceed on this issue because at this point I want the court ordered visitation lowered. He is entitled to currently about 6 weeks during the summer and even though he didnt do it this past summer Im nervous about it in the future. I have no clue where he lives or who he resides with. I dont know where he would leave her during the day when hes at work and think she would go through serious culture shock being with him for that long. I have no problem with him seeing her but for that long is questionable. I called my child support office today and they said there is nothing they can do since there is a court order for his visitation. Any advice on how I should proceed?

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Although you can do this without an attorney unless you have good reading and comprehension skills its best left to them.
The attorney won't be able to do much without locating him however so perhaps that should be your first priority.
Ask your attorney whether, if he asks for visitation all of a sudden, whether you would then have time to put some stipulations on it.
