Okay let me start by saying my husband and I are going through a divorce and we have decided that we are doing joint custody with me as the primary custodian. He has the kids this weekend and this whole next week for spring break. Our daughter is 4 and he informed me today that she has head lice. I was unaware of that she had it now or I would have told him. She has had it not too long ago but I thought we got rid of it all. Anyway he is telling me that he is going to use this incident to get the kids from me. He just called me and told me he was taking them to the hospital to get physical evaluations on our 3 kids. I am scared that this will go against me even though I know that head lice is common. He also said that our daughter has sores on her head from scratching so much. Please give me some advice.
