Well we went back to the attorney yesterday and to take the case back it is going to be $10,000.00 thats with the $12,500.00 we have already paid to get us this far. Don't get me wrong, all the money will be well worth it to bring them back home, I just can't see how any judge thinks you would spend this much money if you were not 110%as a parent. Most people don't have that kind of money to throw around and we don't either, we are having to sell a piece of property just to pay the bill. By the way, the reason for the high cost is for 2 reasons, 1-a very good attorney, 2-we have to do depositions for at least 6 people.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
