Sometimes the problems we have are the result of the way our brains work. Over a period of time when we keep relieving bad memories, our brain neurons form a pathway. then if we get relief or recovery from one incident that has brought us a lot of pain, we replace the incident with another painful incident because our brains are programmed to release these types of chemicals. I am trying to create new neuro pathways by replaying happy memories or at least peaceful memories, so that my brain can release a different type of chemical. Anyone ever hear of this or try this or interested in this?
