I was unfaithful to my wife and we are now divorcing. I'm so devastated that I'm losing such a wonderful woman. That being said, I just don't want to be that kind of a person anymore. I have hurt a lot of people and it's just not worth it! I was asking if anyone knows what kind of therapy might be helpful. I was thinking a cognitive behavior therapist or Hypnotherapy. For those who have recovered or on the recovery mode, what kind of help did you seek? I understand it's different if you have a partner because they are there to support and motivate you. For the single people who want to change, any ideas?
