So, here is what's going on right now. Monday on last week, my cardio team had a blood test to measure red and white blood cell count. It seemed my red blood cell count is way, way down. So, met with Dr next day. He ordered IV Iron transfusion.
This is what is going on. Had to have steroid push first. Then, they give IV Iron for 15 min. Then, observe me for 45 min to make sure all is well.
Yes, I'm a little nervous. Yes, this is all something new. I would appreciate prayers so that I and my family can accept my new "norm".
