I HAVE CP AND TWO OF MY KIDS DO ALSO.I WAS BORN WITH IT.MY RIGHT ARM IS NOT THAT STRONG AND I USE A WALKER OUTSIDE MY HOME AND A NO ASSITANCE IN HOME.MY LEGS ARE AFFECTED BUT I WALK SO SLOWLY.I WANT TO KNOW IF OTHERS CAN RELATE?THANK YOU

WElcome. to the neighborhood... i hope to get to know you..... i have mild CP and i had 4 major surgeries.. i have 8 children but they dont have CP.I am able to walk with out assistance and just my left leg would drag when im really tired..

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
