it's my right arm and right leg that are affected

try the hamstring stretch which is bending dwn try 2 get to ur toes waiting 4 10 secs then up again repeat 10 times. um arm wise just encourage it to come down n use it.thts as much as i can member ud have to ask ur physio

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
