i want to stay gluten-free, but i'm afraid that i will ingest something with gluten in it, without realizing it. i was wondering what some of the "hidden" names might be. i've read on the internet some of them, but i want to make sure i don't miss something just because i'm unaware that it is a gluten product. also, i'm wondering about buckwheat. one website said that despite the name, it is fine because it is related to rhubarb. another site said to avoid it. any help?
