I accidently picked this book up at eth library adn it intrigued me so I began reading it. It is an aweome book aobut a doctor's 44 years of studies on people he treated only with a gluten free diet. They had all kinds of illnesses but within weeks they all began to improve. I am still reading this book and so is our caregiver for my husband. He started on the gluten free diet and says he is feeling so much better. He has never been tested for celiac disease but now says he doesn't need to because he will always stay on a gluten free diet. Has anyone ever heard of this book? It just came out last year. Very informative and wonderfully educational on every disease.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
