I am trying to get ready for Thanksgiving, I have it at my house every year. Some problems, do I stuff the turkey or not ? I have always stuffed the turkey and that is the way my family likes it. I have thought about making a turkey breast the day before so I can have some. Also, are hams GF? Anyone have a good recipe for GF stuffing? Also, I have found some good desserts that are GF. I make Dirt Dessert with Jell-O chocolate pudding, Cool Whip and chocolate GF cake mix add GF Oreo type of cookies crumbled on top,,,taste as food as the Gluten stuff! (Anyone needing more directions on how to make, let me know). Also, I just bought a GF Southern Style Pecan Pie (freezer section) at whole food to try out.........It is by far THE BEST Pecan pie I have ever had gluten or no gluten....kind of expensive about $10.00 and very small but worth every cent! Thanks ro any suggestions! Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Have a great Thanksgiving.

is the Butterball turkey gluten free when it says no artificial ingredients and all natural fresh never frozen, but it does say it is minimally processed? what is that? it is also a young turkey. Does anyone know about this item? Thanks and i would like a good recipe for stuffing.
3 cups of Pamela's Baking Flour
1 cup of sugar (1/2 brown and 1/2 white if you can)
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. of salt
2/3 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
1/2 cup of milk (any kind will do)
1 egg
Stir together bake on 400 degrees for 20 mins. if the tops burn slightly it's ok just cover the muffins with a thing of aluminum foil. but other wise NOOO worries.
then ENJOY!
