If anyone has a local Super Walmart, It is a VERY gluten-free friendly. Check any of the WALMART BRAND products because if they are GF they will say usually in very large letters, Gluten-Free. I do alot of my shopping there now because I dont have a Whole Foods near me and looking at Walmart brand labels is so easy since it comes out and says if I can have it. Products I like from Walmart are the bagged whole grain rice puffs(the rice cereal), walmart brand reddi whip, WB(walmart brand) pimiento spread, au gratin boxed potatoes. If the product doesn't say GF under the ingredients then I know I can't have it. Most of their salad dressings and ice creams are not GF. Hope this makes everyone's life easier, it has really helped me!
