I have been diagnosed, today, with celiac disease. I have spent the afternoon on the computer trying to understand it a little better. I don't really know what I can eat. If there is gluten products in a food, is it easily noticed or are there hidden clues? Where do I find a list of safe foods? What are the cost differences? I am a little upset about this right now so I am really sorry if I come accross as nuts. Hope someone can healp.
