Does anyone know of any pickles that are GF? Any kind of pickles will do but I really like the sweet ones. I've looked at all the labels but the vinegar is the part that I never know what kind of vinegar it is. Thanks!

Vlasic are. I dont know if they are sweet. I make my own, so I've never tried them.

All distilled vinegar is GF. Malt vinegar isn't GF. Try going to Celiac.com or another Celiac site and research on the story about vinegar. I read the labels of all pickles and I buy them if it says distilled vinegar.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
