I thought I would share with all of you how my first GF Turkey Day went. I went to my mom's house for dinner and she cooked the meal. We had a Butterball turkey, dressing, candied yams, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, greens, green beans and two kinds of pie for dessert: lemon merengue and sweet potato. All of it was GF. I found some GF graham cracker crust mix and some GF pie crust mix. The butterball was GF. My mom called and checked. I ate everything and I didn't get sick and I didn't feel hungry. The only thing I didn't eat was the mashed potatoes, because I didn't want them. Also, my aunts brought some brown and serve rolls and of course I didn't have them. But I had a great GF feast on this day. Hope everyone else had a nice GF thanksgiving. I know I can survive Christmas now.
