I use my toaster oven to make homemade taquitos. You can also put black beans in, or salsa, or anything you think you would like!
Applesauce is portable. GF Pretzels.
Or, tuna salad with gf mayo, chopped apple and pecans or walnuts.
You can make chicken salad the same way.
I eat the above with Hol-Grain(brand name) crackers (a rice cracker-they have different flavors. Or, I eat with Ener G gf crackers. Or, I eat with gf bread.
Sometimes I have yogurt with Perky's(brand name) Nutty Rice. Or, Glutino Breakfast Bars, or EnviroKids (by Nature's Path) Crispy Rice Bar...they have different flavors of this too.
For lunches I eat a lot of left overs, soup, burrito bols, ethnic gourmet meals, hot sandwhiches made in the toaster here, meat with veggies, and salads :).
