hiya im a sixth form student studying food technology, for which i have to conduct a study for coursework on a range of specialist foods. i have decided to look at products suitable for coeliacs because about a year ago i thought i was a coeliac and tried a gluten free diet for a few weeks while i waited for test results. it turned out that i wasn't but for those few weeks i found it really difficult to find products suitable. i have to conduct a questionnaire on other coeliacs as part of my studies and i was wondering whether anyone would take the time to complete this for me? any completed questionnaires can be kept anonymous.
thanks
