I am 22 and I found out a couple years ago I have Celiac's disease. I have tried a gluten free diet multiple times. Each time I crave the food I know I can't have, gluten is freaking everywhere. I would eventually break down every couple weeks and eat something I should or even eat something on an accident not realizing it contained gluten. When I did I would experience the worst stomach pains ever and have terrible diarrhea (sorry for visual). I fought this for a couple of months. I then went on a spurt of just eating all I wanted. My stomach killed me at first but I was at the point that I thought I wasn't going to let this stop me from eating what I wanted. Eventually it got to the point that my stomach still hurt every now and then but nothing like when I was trying to diet. I currently eat what I want and I feel bad, but not a super overwhelming bad like my breakdown/accident days. I have solid stools 75% of the time and my stomach hurts really bad maybe a couple days a month. I guess what I'm asking is has anyone else noticed this? Try hard to eat right and the smallest trace kills you, but eating bad all the time seems better than trying to stop? If so what do you do about it?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
