I recently bought an enzyme supplement called GlutenEase. I am not necessarily recommending it, but I want to try it. My test did not come out positive for Celiac, but I am gluten intolerant. I am on a strict gluten-free and casein-free diet. I bought the supplement because I hardly ever eat out or at social occasions (except plain fruit and vegetables) unless I bring my own food. I want to use the supplement as a precaution, so maybe I can eat out more often without feeling bad afterwards. (I will still try my best to eat gluten-free, however). I just wondered if anyone has heard about this and if there are any comments.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
