I think I've become gluten-phobic. I cook only gluten-free food for my husband because I'm nervous about "contaminating" my kitchen. I'm afraid to eat at my Grandparents' house ever since I found crumbs on the butter. I wash my hands all day "just in case." I don't eat processed foods unless they are specialty "gluten-free" foods. How have others found balance????? I'm new to a gluten-free diet (since Oct, then back on gluten from Nov 14-Dec 11 for diagnostic purposes). I just want to feel better!!!!!!!
