Was at Borders Bookstore today looking for MS for Dummies and I found Gluten Free Living for Dummies and Gluten Free Cooking for Dummies. I gave them a good look over and they are awesome, the cookbook especially as it has different recipes, but I have that huge book 1,000 Gluten Free Recipes, so I didn't buy it... but for those of you who are new to the dx... it was really easy reading... I learned how to juggle from Juggling for Dummies when I was about 15... when the whole concept of the Dummies series was pretty new, there are over 1850 topics covered under that series now, quite amazing... thought I would pass it on :)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
