Does anyone have any recommendations on how to eat GF and Low Glycemic? I was working with a weight loss program, Transitions Lifestyle System that introduced me to eating via the glycemic index as well as gluten sensitivity. I was amazed at the changes that happened when I eliminated gluten (GF for four months now) and now I am going to a GI to get some help. Long story...anyway, I realize that most things that I am eating right now are not low glycemic: rice, potatoes, GF baked goods on occasion. I have been adding a lot of flax seed to things to lower the Glycemic index but that is all I came up with for ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
