Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew how much Xanthan Gum to use per cup of GF flour. I have been experimenting with a recipe for chocolate chip cookies, I am not sure if 1/2 tsp. is good or 1 tsp. . I am also trying to make the same old recipes that have gluten with a new gluten free version such as cakes, pies and such for the holidays, now that the weather is cooler I feel like baking! I have been using Bob's Red Mill Gluiten free baking flour and the Xanthan Gum, things seem to be working out well, I just do not know the ratio of fhe flour and the gum to perfect some recipes..............Thanks!
