Well I was talking to someone the other day and they said that if you have CD and you continue to eat gluten you will lose weight. Is this true? I have been gluten free for about 6 months and have finally gotten to a great weight im happy with. If this is true do you have to keep eating gluten on a frequent basis to lose weight or if you cheat you can drop lbs to. I have only cheated once but I dont want to drop any weight. I dont understand how eating gluten will make you lose weight. I just thought it caused inner immune diseases if you kept eating gluten. Can someone help me? I am lost here lol
