i had my kids tested for celiac serlogy , and from what i can figure out they are in the borderline range ( won't be able to see the Dr. for a while ) . who can tell me what it means , point me towards some good studies on the subject ? the borderline range for TTG IGa's is 7-15 and they are 9's - from what i can figure fron my conversation with his secretary .

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
