McDonald's french fries and hashbrowns are no longer on their GF food list because of their flavoring in the parcook cooking oil. I spoke to a Burger King rep. and was told that their fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer but is right next to the fryer used for their onion rings and the onion rings fall into the FF fryer often so it appears their fries are not safe for people with wheat allergies and intolerances. Thought I'd pass the word to you.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
